Neeraj Kumar is VP, Marketing & Strategy of Electrolux

Kumar will be responsible for developing the Electrolux brand in India in close cooperation with licensee EKL Appliances Ltd , a subsidiary of Videocon Group . He will also oversee the Electrolux product portfolio in India. 

Kumar has vast experience in brand building and the marketing of consumer goods. For the past four years he was Vice President Marketing at Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine India, where he was responsible for marketing spirits brands such as Teacher’s, Sauza Tequila and Jim Beam. 

Between 1998-2003 Kumar was Assistant General Manager, Marketing for Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd in India. 

He will be based in the Electrolux Group office in New Delhi and report to Laura Ashton, President Electrolux Major Appliances India with a dotted line to the SVP Marketing Asia Pacific. Kumar will also be a member of the Electrolux Asia Pacific Marketing Leadership Team.
