Nagarjuna says gets 5 orders worth Rs 5.83 bn

Nagarjuna Constructions Ltd said on Monday it won five orders worth Rs 5.83 billion.

The first order worth Rs 2.38 billion for water supply works from the government of West Bengal has to be completed in a period of 15 months, the company said in a statement.

The second order worth Rs 1.24 billion from Mahanadi Coal Fields Ltd in Orrissa is for excavation, dumping, dozing, spreading work and has to be completed over 36 months.

The third order worth Rs 850 million from the National Water Supply and Drainage Board of Sri Lanka has to be completed over a period of 20 months and the fourth order worth Rs 780 million is from the Slum Rehabilitation Authority of Nagpur over a period of 18 months.

The fifth order is worth Rs 580 million from a Bangalore real estate firm for construction of residential projects over a period of 15 months, the company added in a statement.
