One needs to be stock-specific in the non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) space, Atul Bhole, Vice President and Fund Manager at DSP Blackrock Investment Managers told CNBC-TV18.
NBFCs as well as private banks gaining market share because the public sector undertaking (PSU) banking system is weak, he added.
He expects it to continue.
On the valuation part, he is not very comfortable on many of the NBFCs. One has to be very company specific. One can stay invested in companies where one has lot of comfort about the management and asset quality, said Bhole.
