MSat ties up with IFS for marketing applications software

Hyderabad-based IT and consulting services provider Mahindra Satyam (MSat) on Tuesday announced that it has partnered with global enterprise applications firm IFS, for joint sales and marketing activities around the IFS Applications software suite as well as training of staff.

MSat ties up with IFS for marketing applications software
Hyderabad-based IT and consulting services provider Mahindra Satyam (MSat) on Tuesday announced that it has partnered with global enterprise applications firm IFS, for joint sales and marketing activities around the IFS Applications software suite as well as training of staff.


The agreement covers joint marketing, including sponsorship of the 2012 IFS World Conference, which will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden in October, according to a press release issued by MSat. Both companies will cooperate on a number of key market opportunities and are already working together on a number of large projects, the release said.


IFS CEO Alastair Sorbie said that the developing partner ecosystem was a key part of IFS's global strategy. "Mahindra Satyam's industry focus and experience is a perfect match for IFS along with the company's dedication to excellence in customer-service. Combining IFS's leading-edge technology with their domain knowledge and global coverage enhances our offering to new and existing customers," Sorbie said.


Mahindra Satyam chief executive officer CP Gurnani said, "We see great opportunities in the partnership with IFS, especially given their success over the last years. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership as we continue to develop new opportunities together."
