Kanwar Sain, Mayor, Delhi, said, "Our core group deliberated on the committee report for mobile towers. Post changes, we have passed the report with immediate effect. Action will be taken against anyone who does not agree with the conditions. Tomorrow the order will go out and if anyone does not comply the towers will be sealed." In an interview with CNBC-TV18, TR Dua, Director General, Cellular Operators Association of India or COAI spoke about the COAI's next course of action. Here is a verbatim transcript of the interview. Also watch the accompanying video. Q: We have seen the situation happen in Noida before, it looks like illegal towers are going to be sealed in Delhi. What are you as COAI planning to do about it? A: First of all I would like to clarify that as a COAI. Also I've clarified from the operators and none of them have received any notice to this effect that they are going to seal any of these towers.
