Auto major Mahindra and Mahindra group has undergone a change in its management. Rajesh Jejurikar  is now the Chief of Operations for Mahindra and Mahindra Automotive Sector ( M&M ). This makes him second in command after Pawan Goenka, who is currently the President of Automotive Sector at M&M. As Chief of Operations, Jejurikar will now head the end-to-end operations. He continues to oversee the sales and marketing and now will also look at the manufacturing function as well.

Interestingly, Rajesh Jejurikar who is also the MD of MRPL or Mahindra-Renault Private Limited, will step down as the MD on October 1. But he continues to remain on Board of MRPL. Now this come at back of the speculation growing on that all is not going well between Mahindra and Renault.

However, Nalin Mehta who is currently the COO of MRPL becomes the CEO of MRPL and becomes a Director on Board for MRPL.

Apart from these, Rajan Wadhera takes over as Chief of Engineering & Development and Louis Pereira is appointed CEO of Mahindra Automotive Limited.
