MAIA Intelligence, a leading provider of powerful Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics Software - 1KEY, today announced the initiatives taken for strategic alliance in the Middle East region.  MAIA is planning to sign up new partners in Dubai, who will work closely with MAIA to aggressively target its customers and mid-market companies, for business intelligence software solution consulting & implementation.

Under its Global Partnership Program, MAIA looks out for an IT Solutions company focused on providing enterprise solutions to customers in the region.  MAIA offers a variety of partnership opportunities, including consulting, software, platform, and distribution programs. The partners take advantage of these programs and assist customers in measuring performance and driving profitability. The partner categories are OEM partners, reseller partners, and consulting partners.

"The Middle East is a key target market for MAIA as it has tremendous potential," said Mr. Sanjay Mehta, CEO, MAIA Intelligence. "We look exponential growth in the region and, to support our operations, we are expanding our dedicated local presence in target markets. This includes signing up a partner for the region who has considerable presence in the region.  We are confident that, we will be able to offer higher levels of service to our customers.  The value we add to our partners comes from our in-depth technological expertise, and we are now in a position to offer sophisticated and strategic support to all our clients in the region."

"We would prefer to do everything ourselves. It's the best way to make sure your know-how stays under your own roof. Yet we seem to have external experts coming and going, just about all the time. Fact is, we don't have enough manpower, and neither can we be expected to know everything about everything"

According to the IDC, the total Gulf market for BI solutions is worth approximately US$50m per annum with double-digit percentage growth potential.  Mr. Sanjay Mehta further revealed that he would be traveling this month across the region for meeting few of its prospective partners.

To achieve a successful partnership, MAIA shall implement a set of partnership initiatives under MAIA's Global Partnership program during the next 12 months. MAIA partners shall assign dedicated 1KEY business development managers in the region and MAIA shall train partner's entire sales and delivery teams on MAIA's products.  MAIA plans to actively market and promote MAIA's suite of BI products, taking these to market with relevant consulting & implementation services from partner so as to provide total solution to its customers.  MAIA will also develop marketing and lead generation programs targeted at middle market companies with its partners.  A partnership with MAIA will enable the partner to set himself apart from the competition.

"MAIA will assign a dedicated partner account manager to facilitate engagements with MAIA's sales, marketing and consulting service organizations, to enable the partnership to achieve the desired business objectives" said Mr. Hiten Rathod - Head - Strategic Alliance and Channels, MAIA Intelligence.  "Partnerships form a strategic aspect of our plan to focus the mid-markets through our channels program. Our partners have proven capabilities which have been critical in creating its large customer base, and we look forward to working with them to deliver successful business solutions to mid-market customers" added Mr. Rathod.
