Mid-Day Multimedia Limited has informed the Exchange that the Boards of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated February 03, 2011 have accorded their consent to change the name of the Company from Mid-day Multimedia Limited to Next Mediaworks Limited, subject to approval of the shareholders. The Company wish to obtain shareholders approval by way of Postal Ballot. In this regard a Postal Ballot notice will be sent to the shareholders. The Company has appointed Mr. Virendra Bfhatt, Practicing Company Secretary, as a Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before March 22, 2011. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny of the Postal Ballot forms and the results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on March 25, 2011.
