CNBC-TV18's Varinder Bansal reports that two of the most prominent on-going conferences in Mumbai are the ones organised by PINC and another by Emkay Shares.
Another conference organised by Alchemy, has got over.
Bansal informs that there were total three midcap conferences in Mumbai and there have been around 60-65 companies, which have been showcased by all of them.
PINC Investors Conference:
The PINC Investors Conference, which began yesterday and is still on, has around 42 companies that are being showcased. Here, there is a one-on-one meeting which is happening with a bunch of investors as well as fund managers with the company. Bansal reports that some of the top picks according to the PINC management are Jai Balaji Industries, Hanung Toys and Sagar Cements. There are other companies which they are showcasing which includes companies like DCM Shriram, Mastek, Mundra Ports, Prakash Industries and RSWM.
According to Varinder Bansal, some stocks which are flaring up in today’s trade are also getting some positive vibes from the conference like Mundra Ports, RSWM and HEG.
The second conference that is going on is the Emkay Midcap Universe Conference which also began yesterday.
According to Bansal, there are total six companies, which are being showcased. And, the top picks according to them are Kalindee Rail and Thomas Cook. The six stocks that they are showcasing are Kalindee Rail, Thomas Cook, Asian Oil Field, Bhilwara Energy, Nucleus Software and Plethico Pharma.
Alchemy:
The last conference that happened on December 6-7 had around 15-16 companies which they had showcased. Bansal said that the top picks or the top buys, which they have mentioned, are Everest Kanto Cylinders, Marico and Union Bank of India.
Bansal concludes that the companies that they are showcasing, their stocks have been reacting positively and investors who attended the conferences have been reacting positively to the stocks.
