In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Nisha Menon, Chief Informational Officer of Micro Technologies India Ltd , spoke about her outlook for the company.

Below is a verbatim transcript of an exclusive interview with Nisha Menon on CNBC-TV18. Also watch the accompanying video.

Q: Give us more details about what this tie-up with the Belgian based company is. What is your product and what are you eventually planning to do?

A: Micro Technologies India Ltd has recently tied up with Advisers Global. This is an organization which essentially operates from the heart of the Europe. It has been expanding and is there in this particular market since last 30 years. It has been working with other European countries also. We have entered into a business partnership with Advisers Global.

Q: What is you revenue sharing agreement like?

A: It would be too early for us to give the actual projection in terms of the revenue sharing because we have just entered the business partnership. We will have a technical team which would be going across there and connecting across all the B2B clients of Advisers Global with micro products.

Q: What kind of products exactly are you planning to launch? Which are the European markets that you are targeting first up in the first tranche?

A: In Phase I, we are planning to have micro products, the software range of security products. It caters the mobile segment with lost mobile tracking system, micro mobile controller system, the laptop section and the personal tracking system that is the buddy tracking system and the emergency response.

Q: How much business are you planning to garner from all of this in the next one-two years time?

A: The entire deal, as per the projection of our business partner Advisers Global, is somewhere around USD 35 million spread across a period of three-five years. Initially, for an annual period it would be somewhere around USD 5 million.

Q: How did you choose this particular Advisers Global? Was it because of their strong presence in this? Could you just give us more details about this partner that you have chosen?

A: This association began six months before where we had gone across to Brazil and we had a wide round of research and aggressive marketing surveys across there. We found Advisers Global to be appropriate since that was a company which had its presence since last 30 years in particular market. This was soon aggressively expanding into other European markets also. It had a huge client base in itself.

Q: Are you targeting about USD 35 million in the next three-five years time?

A: Yes, that is as per our projection of the business partner.
