Metropolis Health Services (I) Ltd, India's premier corporatised diagnostic centre chain, in association with Panacea Biotec , one of India's leading companies in Nephrology & Kidney Transplantation, Friday launched 'Pan Metro Card' - an economical way to avail the best in renal diagnostics. The family card will be available to patients associated with Panacea Biotec in Delhi and Mumbai initially, and offers up to 25% discount on renal diagnostic tests.

 

The launch of the Pan Metro Card was done at the ISNCON (Indian Society of Nephrology conference) 2007 in Delhi. Around 800 Nephrologists graced the occasion.

Patients afflicted with renal diseases/disorders have to regularly undergo numerous tests; at least once a week or fortnight for patients undergoing renal dialysis. The costs of the tests range between Rs. 400 - Rs. 10,000. With the card, a patient can avail up to 25% discount on renal diagnostic tests. Also Creatinine Test (detects kidney disorder) will be available free of charge for the card holders. This way, the patients can avail the best services at an economical rate."
