Bangalore based MetricStream, the market leader in enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Quality Management solutions, has announced that it will be hosting a seminar on “Clause 49 & Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance” at the Taj West End Hotel, Bangalore on 10th & 11th December 2007.
