Lintas India to sell balance 51% shares to IPG

Lintas India will sell balance 51% shares to IPG after FIPB clearance, reports CNBC-TV18.

Lowe India will be fully owned by IPG.The integration will open up opportunities for Lintas' businesses due to IPG's companies abroad as well as give opportunities to Indian managers to contribute to the global system. 

IPG is the world's third largest communications company. Some of the flagship Lintas brands are Lowe, Initiative Media and Lin Opinion.
