Lakshmi Energy declares a final dividend of Rs 0.20/share
Lakshmi Energy And Foods Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 14, 2011 has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.20 per share (10%) for the financial year 2009-10 on the nominal value of Rs.2/- per share, subject to the approval of shareholders at Annual Genera Meeting.
