KLM - Northwest have earlier pioneered many e-services in the country. The two partners were the first airlines flying out of India to introduce e-ticketing in the market.
The airlines also offer the possibility of Internet check-in for all KLM - Northwest passengers departing ex-India via www.klm.com . Once at the airport passengers can breeze through departures to especially designated baggage drop off points to leave their luggage before proceeding through immigration and onto the aircraft.
In May this year the two airlines crossed another e-services milestone for Indian aviation when they introduced self-service check-in kiosks at Mumbai's Chatrapati International Airport.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in co-operation with its partners currently offers 42 weekly flights from India to Europe offering excellent connecting flights to over 400 destinations around the world including daily flights to all major cities in Europe and North America.
