KLM - Northwest today announced the appointment of Mr. Tony Dryden as Marketing Manager for India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka & The Maldives. In his new role as Marketing Manager, Mr. Tony Dryden will be responsible for actions in the field of Marketing, Revenue Management and Customer Services including the Flying Blue (Air France - KLM's joint frequent flyer program) Customer Service Center in India.

 

Tony's association with KLM-Northwest began in November 1989, in London, where he was responsible for Northwest's Pricing and Inventory Management in Europe & Mid East Asia for travel to North American destinations. In 1995, Tony moved to Amsterdam, where he worked on aligning the pricing structure for Northwest and KLM's joint venture operations in The Netherlands, UK and India. In 2000, Tony was appointed as Senior Market Manager for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines looking after pricing and distribution for KLM's European network. During this period Tony worked on many innovative projects in the field of e-commerce, global distribution and more lately Air France - KLM joint pricing and distribution actions.
