Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced that it will showcase its latest range of flash memory solutions for the growing digital photography market in India at Photofair 2008, the 13th edition of the world's third largest photography exhibition after PMA, USA and Photokina, Germany. Kingston has a large presence at this event and its booth is located at E10, E14 and E15 amidst high profile players in the photo industry.

Organised by All India Photographic Trade and Industry Association (AIPTIA), "Photofair 2008" will be held at NSE Ground, Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (E), Mumbai from March 13-16, 2008. More than one lakh Professional photographers, amateurs, hobbyist, traders and retailers are expected to visit this fair from all parts of India.

An active supporter and enabler of digital photography around the world, Kingston Technology plans to display its entire range of flash memory solutions for the digital photography market including flash media cards, USB drives and multi-card readers at this event. Kingston will present its popular CompactFlash cards including CF Elite Pro 133X and CF Ultimate 266X; SecureDigital high capacity digital camera memory solutions including SDHC Class4/Class 6, microSDHC Class4 and microSD flash cards; DDR3 memory modules, designed for use in high-end graphic workstations used by Digital photography enthusiasts; and DataTraveler 110 and DataTraveler 400 USB drives, designed for use by photographers to easily store, move and share their digital photo albums.

On all days of the exhibition, the Kingston booth will feature number of exciting programs designed to educate stall visitors to the company's latest product offerings through interactive, fun oriented activities. For e.g, in one such activity, the participant will be required to put together the full image of a well known celebrity from a college of cropped pictures of renowned personalities. The participant will be handed a digital camera, attached to a screen, and will be asked to form the full face of the celebrity, in the allotted time, and within maximum allotted four clicks. To encourage active participation, Kingston has prepared a bouquet of exciting goodies for distribution amongst stall visitors, program participants and winners.

During the 3 day event, Kingston also plan to invite visiting photography retailers, from across the country, to explore a potential flash memory product retailing opportunity in their outlets with the world's largest independent memory solutions provider.
