Kingfisher, Jet , Sahara & Indian are to hike airfares soon, reports CNBC-TV18. Low cost airlines are said to follow suit.

The increase would happen in a phased manner over next few weeks, learns CNBC-TV18. The four big airlines have jointly decided to hike airfares by 3-5%.
