KGN Industries declares dividend at Re 0.01 per share

KGN Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2010, inter alia, decided to recommended dividend @ Re. 0.01 per share on equity share of Rs. 1/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders.
