K Raheja Corp , one of the country's largest real estate companies and owner of some of India's leading retail brands and ProLogis, the world's largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, have entered in a 50:50 development joint venture agreement for Warehousing and Logistic Infrastructure Development in India. This will be ProLogis' first transaction in India.
