In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Suresh Bharwani, chairman and MD of Jetking Infotrain spoke about the company's outlook.

Below is the verbatim transcript of Bharwani's interview with Reema Tendulkar and Ekta Batra of CNBC-TV18. Also watch the accompanying video.

Q: You started 100% employee guarantee scheme sometime back. What sort of contribution can we expect in terms of a bottom line and a top line from this particular scheme?

A: We have been in business for last 60 years. Talking about the 100% job guarantee scheme, the Government of India has been working really hard to create employment and Jetking has been in forefront for last 20 years.

In the last nine months, our business has shown bit degrowth of just 6%. This is because of lag effect in 2007-2008, 2008-2009 when IT was not doing too well, we were doing extremely well and growing at the rate of 36%.

Q: What will your FY11 revenues and profits look like? Will you all manage to grow in FY12? What numbers can we expect?

A: Yes, definitely, we will grow by at least 30% in the next year and we plan to do about Rs 150-160 crore.
