The Jet Sahara case will be heard on September 21 in the Mumbai High Court, reports CNBC-TV18.
The Jet counsel insisted the case be heard soon given that Jet was losing Rs 22 lakh a day as interest on the Escrow account of Rs 1500 crore that has been frozen since the June 22 when the Jet Sahara deal fell apart.
At that rate Jet has lost over Rs 19 crore in interest alone.
