Creating pool of Rs 100 cr as corporate expense for future growth: Capacit'e Infra

Current order book is at Rs 4,602 crore, which means on trailing basis it is four times the revenue than last financial year, said Katyal, adding that they have been cash positive on quarterly and annual basis.

We are creating pool of Rs 100 crore as corporate expense for future growth, Katyal said. The current debt for the company stands at Rs 145 crore.

On RERA front, he said Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) will impact real estate positively over long-term.
