The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can purchase equity shares and convertible debentures of M/s Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited through primary market or stock exchanges in India upto 100 per cent of its paid up capital.

M/s Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited has passed resolutions at its Board of Directors and Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to this effect.
