The audited results were approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 7 May 2008, who also recommended a dividend of 30% for the shareholders. The year 2007-2008 shows a total income of INR 821.3 million as against INR 756.7 million, which registers a growth of 8.54%. The profit before tax (PBT) is INR 170.9 million as against 163.4 million registering a growth of 4.6%. The net profit therefore grew by 5.2%, from INR 100.2 million to INR 105.4 million at the end of twelve-month period.
