ING Vysya Bank Ltd (IVBL) announced today that it intends to raise Tier I capital in the form of Innovative Perpetual Debt Instrument (IPDI) in Foreign Currency that will be subscribed entirely by ING Bank NV. The total issue size will be about INR 95 crs and will be drawn down on 22nd October 2008. This issue is part of IVBL's regular capital raising programme and the proceeds will be used to finance IVBL's organic growth.
