CII-Accenture has released a report stating that access to information, communication and technology (ICT) in the low-income market would lead to greater efficiency in the supply chain in various sectors.
This is followed by basic business process outsourcing, which would increase by 5%, healthcare by 3% and retail by 3%. Contd on page 2.....

The report estimates that due to greater ICT usage, telecommunication is expected to grow by 25%, basic farming by 13%, processed farm products by 11%, education and training by 10%, banking and finance by 6%.
