The rejig will help Infosys sharpen its client focus and sales effectiveness. It is also looking to build the next line of leadership, sources have told CNBC-TV18.

These industry heads will have end-to-end responsibility of their units and will report to one of the presidents. Mohit Joshi, Rajesh Murthy and Sandeep Dadlani will supervise these heads.

Sources further say that the company has split its financial services into four units, which will be headed by Jasmeet Singh, Ajay Vij, Kannan Amaresh and Andrew Groth. Sangeeta Singh will head its healthcare & life sciences business.
