Info Edge (India) Ltd., the owner of India's number one job portal, Naukri.com, in terms of unique visitors to the website based on data provided by Comscore.com, apart from Jeevansathi.com and 99acres.com, has filed its Red Herring Prospectus with the ROC for its forthcoming initial public offer. The Company proposes to make an initial public offering through a 100% book building issue.

 

The public offer will consist of 5,323,851 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The Issue comprises reservation of 532,385 equity shares of Rs. (*) for subscription by the employees of the Company and a Net Issue to the Public of 4,791,466 equity shares. The Issue would constitute 19.50% of the fully diluted post Issue paid-up capital of the Company.

 

ICICI Securities and Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the Issue and Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd. is the Registrar to the Issue.

 

Net proceeds of the Issue are intended to be used to develop alternate delivery models of the products, to expand into new markets and to acquire other companies or businesses among others.
