Impetus Technologies, the pioneer in outsourced product engineering services, announced the appointment of Shoba Chetty as their new HR Director. Shoba’s responsibility includes over-all management of all HR functions. Her role includes developing the HR strategy for the company, which is growing at over 50% CAGR, at ensuring implementation of more employee friendly policies, practices and processes. She will also oversee and enhance the thrust on recruitment efforts in campus and industry hiring. Shoba will be based at the Impetus’ development centre in Noida.
Prior to joining Impetus Technologies, Shoba was working with Xansa (I) Ltd., Noida as Associate V.P. – HR.
Shoba has a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering and has done M.B.A. with specialization in HR. She is also pursuing Senior Management program from IIM, Kolkata. She has a total experience of 11 years in IT companies and has immense expertise in HR management in both strategic and operational areas.
Speaking on this occasion Mr. Praveen Kankariya, CEO, Impetus Technologies said,” We are expanding significantly and we consider HR as a strategic function to our business growth.
