IDFC buys 33% promoter stake in SSKI: Sources

CNBC-TV18 has learnt that IDFC has bought promoter's 33% stake in SSKI. With this purchase IDFC’s stake goes up to 66%.
Sources said that JM Financial is in talks with IDFC to form a consolidated financial intermediary.
JM Financial will be the majority partner in the venture, followed by IDFC and SSKI employees.
