ICSA India has bagged order worth Rs 464 crore from various state electricity boards. G Bala Reddy CMD of ICSA said the company has won orders from Bihar, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh state electricity boards. “With this order, we have about Rs 2,200 crore as total order book position of the company and we are looking at around 15% margins."

Q: What exactly is this Rs 464 crore order? What is the span of time, from where is it and what do you make out of it?
A: This is from three state electricity boards. One is Bihar State Electricity Board, which has given us Rs 254 crore. This is given by Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran for electrification and infrastructure in the distribution segment.
The other one is Mahavitaran, which is the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company, which has given about Rs 170 crore.
The third one is Madhya Pradesh Poorva Kshetra Vidyut Vitran, which has given about Rs 40 crore. Therefore all put together it is about Rs 464 crore.

Q: What kind of margins are you looking at?
A: It varies from state to state. We are looking at probably around 15% on average.
Q: Out of the Rs 2,200 crore order book, how much would that translate into revenues for Q4 and also for FY10?
