ICICI Venture has made a killing on the stock market by selling half its stake in Info Edge, reports CNBC-TV18.
According to BSE data, ICICI Venture sold nearly 11 lakh shares in Info Edge at Rs 587 a share. The total deal is valued at Rs 64 crore.
In 2000, ICICI Venture invested a little over Rs 7 crore in the company, buying over 21 lakh shares at Rs 33 each.
Post this deal, it still holds more than 10 lakh shares in the company.
