HTMT Global Solutions inaugurated its 2nd delivery centre at Nandambakkam in Chennai today. Spread over 48,000 Sq Ft, the centre has a capacity of 1200 seats. This centre will cater to both domestic and international businesses. The centre is built on Metropolitan Area Network between offices and connected over MPLS across cities and works on IP technology for servicing clients. Chennai, with its trained personnel, lower employee turnover rates and relatively unsaturated market, presents itself as an attractive metro location for HTMT Global Solutions who are on an expansion spree.
With the launch of this centre, HTMT Global Solutions now has 11 delivery centres across India in Bangalore, Chennai, Durgapur, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Mysore. In addition, it has 10 global centres across Canada, Mauritius, Philippines and USA. This integrated delivery model makes HTMT Global Solutions one amongst the few BPO players headquartered in India, with a diversified global presence.
Said Mr. Partha De Sarkar, CEO, "Our rich experience in key verticals and commitment to deliver greater value to customers has increased their confidence in us and has resulted in repeat businesses. I am certain that new customers, who join the HTMT fold, will continue to benefit from our well-differentiated services. This will of course translate into HTMT Global Solutions maintaining it's strong growth trajectory."
