Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have fixed March 20, 2011 as the Record date for the purpose of determining the list of members/ shareholders entitled to interim dividend, if approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting proposed to be held on March 14, 2011.Source : BSE
