Hinduja Global buys Canada's OLS for C$ 74.85m
Hinduja Global Solutions, via its US arm HGS Inc, has acquired Canada-based customer relationship management company On-Line Support (OLS) Inc for an enterprise value of C$74.85 million.
Hinduja Global Solutions , via its US arm HGS Inc, has acquired Canada-based customer relationship management company On-Line Support (OLS) Inc for an enterprise value of C$74.85 million in an all cash deal.
OLS is a contact centre provider servicing customers across media, telecom, technology and BFSI (banking and financial services) sectors, Hinduja Global said Wednesday.
It offers technical support, inbound and outbound sales and customer care services in English and French languages, and has about 1,800 employees, it said. OLS had revenue of C$ 63.4 million in 2010-11.
Post the acquisition, Hinduja Global Solutions will have 21,300 employees worldwide and its consolidated annual revenue will cross USD 300 million on a run rate basis, the company said.
Shares of Hinduja Global Solutions surged post the announcement and at 9:45 hrs were traded at Rs 365.90, up 4.3% on NSE.
