In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Senior VP-Human Capital at The Conference Board, Rebecca Ray shared her reading and outlook on the survey conducted by her company.
Ray said that human capital is the number one challenge globally. She also mentioned that CEOs are focusing people-driven strategies. Signs of growth pick-up in emerging markets - HSBC survey “There is no question that economic risk, geopolitical risk as well as government regulation plays a role in the thinking process of all the CEOs,” she added.
