Q: Tell us about your capacity expansion plans, how much are you investing for this particular expansion and what would your capacity be post it?

A: We are investing roughly about Rs 950 crore and the capacity would go upto 6 billion tonne.

Q: Where will you get the funds from?

A: We have cash in hand, at the last count it was about 490 crore, the balance we will borrow. We have not actually frozen our strategy on funding. We already have about 500 crore, so the balance is Rs 450-500 crore.

Q: So what are the funding outlets that you are looking at? Are you looking at raising funds through a QIP (qualified institutional placement)?

A: No, not through QIP. We will look at raising the funds through debt.
