Headstrong, a leading consulting firm for the financial services industry announced three leadership appointments as part of its expansion plans. These include; Rakesh Mittal as the Global Head, KPO practice, Gayatri Raman as the Global Head of Marketing and John Tinsley as the Global Head IT Management Optimization practice, with immediate effect.
