Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: TCS.BO, NSE: TCS.NS), a leading global IT services, business solutions and outsourcing firm, today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract with Hawaiian Airlines to provide comprehensive IT, business process outsourcing and infrastructure services. Through TCS' Global Network Delivery Model®, TCS will deliver end-to-end application maintenance and support services to Hawaiian Airlines' core revenue accounting application, an automated passenger revenue accounting system. The system also facilitates recordings of air traffic liability amounts.

 

As a full service provider, TCS' comprehensive Global Network Delivery Model will enable Hawaiian Airlines to transition with near zero risk, achieve operational efficiencies and realize sustainable cost advantages.
