Q: By when do you think you will raise this money and whatever instrument it is, it will be likely to be an equity instrument not a debt instrument?

A: It will be an equity instrument. That is what I am saying basically we are weighing at all the options in the interest of the company, but our prime aim is to increase the net worth of the company because we are growing at 40-50% per annum for the last four-five years. Going forward, this year we would be closing the year with 800 plus year of revenue with the PAT margin of around 7-8%. So definitely we are going in for bigger projects where the net worth of the company is very important in terms of our banking limits and other things so that is our aim mainly.

Q: You recently made an acquisition in the UK, is any of the money been raised for any potential further acquisition as well?

A: The enabling resolution that we have taken for this USD 50 million will be partly used for those kind of acquisition. But we are yet to identify any of them. We are looking at some of the potential opportunities available to us in the global market.
