Another equity dilution for Granules India is on the cards. CNBC-TV18 has learnt that after alloting 14.95% equity to Ridgeback Capital and ISP Investo, Granules India may dilute another 10% stake.
Sources said Granules India is looking to raise USD 15 million. They are likely to allot nearly 10% fresh equity (17 lakh shares) to an international fund. The preference issue is likely to be done at Rs 130-150 per share. They may raise USD 5 million via equity and USD 10 million via ECB.
