Godrej Properties has launched Palm Grove, its first project in Chennai. The premium residential project spread across 12.5 acres will offer 1,556 apartments in 16 and 19 storey towers.
Godrej Properties has launched Palm Grove, its first project in Chennai. The premium residential project spread across 12.5 acres will offer 1,556 apartments in 16 and 19 storey towers.
Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro will construct Godrej Palm Grove. Godrej Properties said the project is near the proposed airport Sriperumbudur and is within Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority Limits.
"We believe Chennai is one of the most important real estate markets in the country and we look forward to building our presence here. The launch of Godrej Palm Grove is in line with our strategy of establishing a strong footprint in large developing markets across the country," said ED, Pirojsha Godrej.
Like most Godrej projects, Palm Grove is also a joint venture project. The company has entered in a development agreement with Addison & Co for the project.
Godrej Properties shares were down 2.8% at Rs 637.60 on NSE in late afternoon trading on Friday.
