GoAir offers 13 Indian destinations at Rs 99

Indian low cost carrier GoAir has launched "Go @ 99", an offering that allows its customers to purchase tickets for as low as Rs. 99/- across 13 Indian destinations. The Go@99 will be on offer from 27th December '06 till 1st January '07 and passengers booking their travel between January and June '07 can get tickets as low as Rs. 99/-.

Commenting on the latest marketing initiative, Jeh Wadia, Managing Director GoAir said, "It is important for passengers to realize that the earlier they book, the lower the fares they have to pay. That is why we have offered these fares right up to June 2007 and I hope passengers use this opportunity to buy tickets for their summer holidays at really low fares."

GoAir recently completed one year of operations and has flown over 1 million passengers since commencement of flights on November 4th 2005. With over 4% market share, GoAir's entire fleet of 7 aircraft is CAT III compliant and is equipped with the required engineering support to operate under heavy fog conditions.

GoAir currently operates 7 Airbus A320 aircraft connecting 13 cities with 385 weekly flights.
