Glenmark unit gets US FDA nod for Parkinson`s drug
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals said on Tuesday its unit, Glenmark Generics Ltd, secured the US Food and Drug Administration approval to sell ropinirole hydrochloride tabltes in the United States.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals said on Tuesday its unit, Glenmark Generics Ltd, secured the US Food and Drug Administration approval to sell ropinirole hydrochloride tabltes in the United States.
The approval is for multiple strengths of the drug, which is the generic version of GlaxoSmithKline 's Requip that is used to treat Parkinson's disease and primary restless leg syndrome.
