In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Manu Parpia, Founder and MD of Geometric , spoke about the latest happenings in his company and his outlook. Below is the verbatim transcript of the interview. Also watch the attached video. Q: We understand that you have singed an agreement with the German company called ProStep. Can you take us through the contours of this? A: ProStep is a company, which specialises in data neutrality and building connections between different systems. We have been working with them for number of years. They are relatively small company, even though they are leading in their space. They have customers who are becoming global and they need support in different parts of the world. Given that we specialise in the same area as ProStep, they have looked at Geometric to help them support their customers and indeed even help them get new customers in parts of the global market that they find difficult to support. Q: What is the benefit of this technical tie-up with ProStep for Geometric Software? Is there any kind of revenue sharing agreement for every client that you do help them or you acquire new clients? Could you help us with the revenue accretion or benefit on account of this tie-up? A: We get share of the revenue when we acquire a new client. We also get both implementation services, which would be executed by Geometric, and the support services, which would be executed by Geometric. As I said, it's part of overall plan to have network of companies that we work with. ProStep is one of them. Q: Any more such agreements that are in the pipeline? A: I cannot say and talk about such details. Q: Would you look at extending this relationship in any form or manner with ProStep? A: Yes. This is the only one part, which we publicised. We have a good relationship with ProStep. Q: In this tie-up with ProStep you spoke about two aspects. One of them is when you go ahead and acquire new client for them and one is on the servicing of the existing clients. So given ProStep's existing clients and the amount you can make on servicing them how much of an immediate revenue are we talking about? A: I wouldn't want to get into that kind of speculation at this stage, but definitely we are expecting some revenues. I don't want to put any figures down from this tie-up. Otherwise, it would be waste of time but we are expecting engagements to start from this quarter onwards. Q: Any kind of margins on account of this tie-up? A: I wouldn't get into any of these figures.
