Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the High Court of Judicature at Bombay have approved the amalgamation of Genesys Worldeye Limited (a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company) with the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. The appointed date of amalgamation is April 01, 2010 and the High Court Order is made effective from January 10, 2011.
