Garware Polyester Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2010, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 and for Limited Review Report thereon and also
2. To consider declaration of interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year ending on March 31, 2011, if any.
