Gartner Inc., today announced the sixth annual CIO India Summit to be held in Mumbai on February 20-21, 2007 at Hotel Grand Hyatt. The summit will focus on the strategies and tactics that successful businesses leverage to maximize the effectiveness of their IT organization in order to deliver growth and results to the business. Peter Sondergaard, global head of Gartner Research, will present in India for the fist time at this summit. He will discuss current issues faced by CEOs and senior executives and the implications for the IT department. Terry Waters, global head of Gartner Executive Programs, the world's largest community of CIOs, will present the latest findings and conclusions from the 2007 EXP CIO Survey.
