Gandhi Special Tubes declares interim dividend at 100%

Gandhi Special Tubes Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2011 have declared Interim Dividend Rs.5/- per share (100%) of Rs.5/- each aggregating to Rs.734.93 Lacs for the year ending March 31, 2011. The Interim Dividend will be paid on February 24, 2011.
